Site manager's compliance statement
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, states in relation to the site manager's compliance statement: ‘The Passivhaus standard requires Site Managers to provide a signed statement which confirms that the building they have constructed complies with the contract documents and that all changes have been tracked and reported to the design team and Passivhaus Designer/Consultant prior to being submitted to the Passivhaus Certifier. A Passivhaus building cannot be certified without this statement.’
